The major American authors of 1940s/1970s
With Flags of America the Fondazione Fotografia adds a major new chapter – dedicated to twentieth-century American photography – to the international collection of Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Modena. With images mainly shot between the end of World War II and the 1970s, the works included in this exhibition outline a period of great cultural ferment in USA history.
